How do I reserve my rental items?
Payment in full reserves your items. Check our web site
for payment options. We encourage early booking to avoid
disappointment.
Do items have to be returned the same day?
You many pick up items after 2 p.m. the day prior to your
event. Items need to be returned the day following the event
by 4 p.m. You need to call and arrange pick up and drop
off times. There will be an additional charge for late returns
unless prior arrangements have been made.
Does An Elegant Touch Chocolate Fountains and Wedding
Rentals offer pick up and delivery service?
Yes, for an additional fee we will provide pick up and
delivery service. Otherwise you are responsible for all
loading and unloading at the pick up site.
Who is responsible for dirty, damaged, lost, or
stolen items?
By agreeing to rent our items you assume the responsibility
for the cost of any repairs, replacement, or cleaning as
determined by An Elegant Touch Chocolate Fountains and Wedding
Rentals.
What if I find an item missing or broken?
You are responsible to notify An Elegant Touch Chocolate
Fountains and Wedding Rentals before your event. Credit
will not be given after the event if prior notification
has not been received.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will offer a 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days
in advance. No refund if cancelled within 30 days of the
scheduled event.
FACTS
You are responsible to check your venue’s policy
on open flame or the use of any rental items. There are
no refunds for unused items.
Silver must be HANDWASHED. NO DISHWASHER OR ABRASIVE
CLEANERS.
